Design a collection that’s made for cake cutting, piñata breaking, editing Wikipedia, and building brand affinity. What if we created a notebook with 25 of the top lists on Wikipedia all printed out (desert precedes dessert), a puzzle-shaped pillow, an apron of national dishes replete with open source imagery, an embroidered baseball cap, a tote bag that literally carries the internet, and a sheet of stickers?

In a post-release survey, the majority of respondents said that the birthday merch collection improved their perceptions of Wikipedia. Also the tote bag totes had to be restocked at least once.
Role:
Ideated on which merch to create, pulled inspiration, wrote lines of copy, and supported art direction of photoshoot.
