Idea: Turn the 2022 NYT Food Festival, which was back for the first time since the pandemic, into a can’t-miss in-person event. That meant imbuing every communication with a sense of fun, that’s not always characteristic of the award-winning and prestigious New York Times. We developed a series of pre-event social, emails embedded with personality, riveting interview questions (what’s your favorite garnish?), and post-event social that captured the energy of the day.
